We begin the teak restoration process by giving the furniture a mild surface clean to remove surface dirt. When the wood has dried we begin an aggressive sanding process of using heavy grit sand paper to remove foods stains and oxidation embedded in the dense teak wood. We then smooth the wood surface with light sandpaper. We then clean and brighten the wood to promote the original color of the teak wood. When the wood is dry we apply the finish.
